Chicken Meatballs / Фрикадельки из Курицы


Ingredients: chicken mince, organic milk*, organic breadcrumbs* (gluten), organic eggs*, garlic, sea salt, organic black pepper*. 

Option with regular beef/chicken is available. Please choose your beef type.

Choose your preferred cooking method below. Defrost before cooking.

BOIL in a soup

Approx. 10-12 mins.

  1. Add defrosted meatballs to a large saucepan of boiling water & stir.
  2. Bring to a rapid boil. Continue cooking for 10-12 minutes until tender and cooked.
  3. Serve immediately.


Approx. 35-40 mins.

  1. Place defrosted meatballs into a lightly oiled steamer and cover.
  2. Steam over boiling water for 35-40 minutes until tender and cooked.
  3. Stand for 1 minute before serving.


Approx. 5-7 mins each side.

  1. Heat 1-2 Tbsp. of oil of your choice in a non-stick frying pan.
  2. Place the defrosted meatballs in the pan.


  1. Add boiling water to cover half the height of the meatballs. Bring to a boil, then cover the pan. Continue to boil until the water evaporates.
  2. Remove the lid and continue cooking until the meatballs bases are golden. Serve immediately.
