Homemade Cottage Cheese With Spinach MOMO


Dough Ingredients: organic wheat flour*, drinking water, organic eggs*, organic unrefined sunflower oil*, sea salt.

Filling Ingredients: homemade cottage cheese (milk), fresh spinach, cream (milk), sunflower oil, sea salt, organic black pepper*, organic garlic powder*.

Approx. 7 mins - COOK FROM FROZEN

  1. Add frozen dumplings to a large saucepan of boiling water & stir.
  2. Bring to a rapid boil. Keep stirring! Continue cooking for 7 minutes until tender and cooked.
  3. Drain and serve immediately.


Approx. 20-25 mins - COOK FROM FROZEN

  1. Place frozen dumplings into a lightly oiled steamer and cover.
  2. Steam over boiling water for 20-25 minutes until tender and cooked.
  3. Stand for 1 minute before serving.
